PTCWall upside down click problem

On PTCwall advertises (i try some of them) always get this warning:
Warning: You Did not Click the upside down image, Further Wrong Clicks today will result in penalty
Please check

That may happen if you click wrong captcha image. I have just tried few ads now, found nothing wrong. Just take some time and click the right image.
If the message appears even you click the right image, that could be a bug of ptcwall itself. We can not help about this. You should contact Ptcwall by this link for help - http://www.ptcwall.com/index.php?view=contact.
